Abstract Composite sections are found to be a novel technique in modern day scenario of construction. This stands tall than the ordinary and conventional type constructions. Columns as structural element play vital role frame. research comments on behavior composite columns. The main objective this study is analyze steel-encased concrete columns experimentally under axial compression mode failure ultimate yield point. steel-concrete system combines formability rigidity reinforced with ductility strength steel meet demand for earthquake-resistant Three specimens were chosen study: one was column, other two RC raw materials' natural properties assessed. As result, material testing cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate completed, well mix design. A comparative analysis local post-local buckling different has been studied column have designed according Eurocode 4 (ENV 1994) determine plastic resistance section.
